Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2015, Asia’s Largest Mobile Event
Polyglot Translations proudly provided simultaneous interpretation services for the Mobile World Congress that was held in Shanghai, China in 2015.
The world-class mega-event took place in three locations: the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre (SNIEC), Kerry Hotel and Jumeirah Hotel, attracting more than 20,000 visitors including 8,000 companies from around the world.
During the 6-day amazing exhibition, Polyglot Translations supported 29 various types of meetings with 10 Bosch Integrus interpretation systems, 16 ISO-standard interpretation booths, 1,880 Bosch infrared receivers and headsets taken care of by 11 well-trained technicians.
The meetings covered 5 languages including Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Russian and English. Our enormous 48-person professional interpreter brigade with in-depth knowledge of mobile industry, played a key role in breaking language barriers, allowing attendees from all over the world to absorb the latest information and to exchange ideas, guaranteeing them a fruitful journey.
To ensure a smooth service delivery between multiple venues, our project management team with rich coordinating experience from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai was assigned to deal with client management and team so as to tackle any ad-hoc issues that could happen during the show.
