2.	Consecutive Interpretation

When Consecutive Interpreting is needed

Not very commonly used in events, consecutive interpretation is an option mostly required in governmental meetings and business discussions when the speakers message is required to be delivered in a very different way.

In the consecutive mode, a speaker needs to pause after delivering a couple of sentences each time in order for the interpreter to complete their translation.

Consecutive interpretation allows for a better understanding of the views exchanged by all parties involved and delivers ideas and concepts more accurately. The consecutive style of interpretation is usually chosen when the type and set-up of the meeting or event cannot be supported with simultaneous interpretation for various reasons, such as:

Bilateral discussions of political leaders.
Diplomatic visits.
Business meetings of high-level executives.

3.	Tour Guide System

Cost Saving and Efficient Tour Guide Systems

When your participants need to move around, and you still want to deliver a presentation or a speech and you need them to hear and understand the content, this can be achieved through the use of our portable Tour Guide System.

Suitable for:

Product launches that are happening outside conventional meeting rooms, convention centres and event locations.
Events that requires the attendees to move from one location to another.
Outdoor activities that you want your group to engage in while listening to content.

The Polyglot team can make the necessary arrangements for you to have one of these systems delivered anywhere with the necessary technical onsite support, ensuring that even when you are outdoors you can make your event and presentation a successful one!

Polyglot Translations have access to a vast network of interpreters located all around the world to service your meetings and events. They are certified through a rigorous process in order to make sure that any requested topic can be covered by our interpreter team.

The interpreters we work with possess in depth knowledge and extensive interpretation experience. We may also select an interpreter for an event based on other skill sets, like their knowledge of a particular industry or specific subject.
