How it Works

Meetings nowadays may involve on-site or virtual participation, in either case remote interpreting can be implemented. Our team is well-trained in facilitating any set-up your event might require. We can provide remote interpretation whether speakers and attendees are sitting in a meeting room, in their office, or at home!  They do not all need to be in the same place!

Where is remote interpreting applicable?

All kinds of events. From simple press conferences and board meetings to large conferences, seminars, product launches and corporate events. Polyglot is able to support all types of event:

Onsite Events

You can receive interpretation with our Bosch conference devices, or through your own smartphone, tablet or laptop. We will be there to support your choice and help you connect with your audience! 

Hybrid Events

A hybrid event that combines onsite and remote interpretation not only guarantees more engagement with participants, but also extends live interpretation to audiences around the world! You can easily record interpretation and use it right after the event, or you can save it for further editing. A good way to bring additional value! 

Virtual Events

In virtual events, remote interpretation provides the greatest flexibility and convenience by allowing speakers, interpreters and participants to attend from separate locations. So don’t cancel if physical event is not possible, consider redesigning your event into virtual so it will happen!

Remote Simultaneous Interpreting Hub

A Remote Simultaneous Interpreting Hub, or RSI Hub for short, is a special set-up for remote interpreting. It provides a safe working space and equipment for interpreters to work with. Using RSI Hub, our team is able to stream interpretation to anywhere you need.

Polyglot owns two RSI Hubs, one in Hong Kong and one in China (Shenzhen). As a member of the Congress Rental Network, we also have access to other RSI Hubs around the world.

RSI Hub is a different and innovative approach that solves the problem of limited event space and hygiene protocols. Check with us to find out how our RSI Hubs can support you anywhere in the world.

The Polyglot team is ready to provide interpreters wherever their services are needed.

We offer training for our interpreters so they are prepared to work at our RSI Hubs, either in pairs or individually. RSI Hub is monitored and supported by Polyglot technicians from start to finish to ensure smooth streaming of interpretation.
